Registration time

Please report to the school according to the time notified on the admission letter, if you cannot report on time for any reason, you must obtain the consent of our school in advance. Failure to do so will be considered an automatic cancellation  of admission qualifications.

If you arrive at the school before the designated registration date, please resolve the accommodation matter by yourself before the registration date.

Registration location

No. 101 Longmian Avenue, Jiangning District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China, 1st Floor, Nanjing Medical University International Student Apartment.

Materials required at registration site

(1) The original passport within the validity period

(2) The original copy of the Admission Notice

(3) Original notarized certificate of the highest academic qualification/degree (notarized Chinese or English translation must be attached to the non-Chinese and English versions)

(4) Original notarized transcript of the highest academic qualification (notarized Chinese or English translation must be attached to non-Chinese and English versions)

(5) Original certificate of no criminal record

(6) Original JW201/202 form

(7) Other items (if necessary)

Registration process 

Students must pay all fees for the new academic year to complete the registration procedures, and those who fail to pay the tuition fees will be disqualified from the initial new student scholarship.

After entering the country, please go to the school immediately to go through the registration procedures, and go to the local public security bureau within 30 days of entry to go through the residence procedures, and all the expenses of the penalties imposed after the deadline are borne by the students.
