Each semester, NMU will hold a four-month Chinese training program. The goal of this program is to improve students’ Chinese language and cross-cultural communication abilities. We conduct practical classes by using situational teaching methods, to improve students’ ability to use Chinese and experience local customs and practices, Site visits in Nanjing are available after class. The students can also experience the Chinese culture by participating in classes, such as Calligraphy, Chinese painting, Tai chi, paper cutting, and Chinese cooking.
